Maternity Session
Please review this section prior to booking.
Maternity sessions are best scheduled between 28-32 weeks to ensure that we don’t schedule too close to your due date, but that you are far enough along to have a full bump to show off! If you decide to still proceed with booking a session on a date that you will be past 32 weeks, you will not be able to transfer your retainer to a different session if you deliver before your session date. It is best for the session to take place when you are 28-32 weeks pregnant.
The session fee includes a studio session with multiple outfit changes and backdrop options. A partner can be added to the session for for $50. Your session fee does not include any digital images. Digital packages will be available to purchase after your session and are separate from the session fee.
In June, sessions will be scheduled on Mondays and Tuesdays. Weekend sessions are available at an additional fee of $50 that is collected upon booking. Starting in July, sessions will only be available on Sundays and select holidays.

DIGITAL PACKAGES:
Mini (5 Images) - $175
Classic (10 Images) - $225
Signature (15 Images) - $250
Gowns, dresses, and wings will be available to rent for an additional fee from my client closet ranging from $10 - $50. There will be a few available to borrow for the session at no fee. You are also welcome to bring your own gowns/outfits. You will receive a link to make your gown selections from my client closet.
SPECIAL EDITS: If you would like sparkles/glitter, water reflections, or a floral overlays added to your images, they are available to add starting at $5 per image depending on the request. This option will be available in your fully edited gallery.
ADD-ON: Rush Editing - $100 (3-5 days turnaround)
To book: Please select the date you would like your session to take place from the dropdown menu. You will be able to select your desired collection in the questionnaire I send you after booking.
Location: Diana Galvez Photography Home Studio (28215) located on the second floor
Prints are NOT included. They will be available to purchase separately from the fully edited gallery.
Terms and Conditions:
1. $100 retainer to reserve your date is due at the time of booking. RETAINER IS NONREFUNDABLE and is applied towards your session fee total.
2. A questionnaire email will be sent to you after your reservation is made.
3. Please arrive to your session on time. Arriving 5 minutes late will result 5 minutes less of session time. If you have not arrived within 20 minutes after your scheduled time, your session will be considered a cancellation.
4. You will also receive a link to make your gown selections from a private online gallery.
5. Remaining session fee balance will be due in full at the time of the session.
6. A proof gallery will be sent to you a few days after the session. You will select the package and the images you would like fully edited.
7. 2 weeks after you purchase your digital package, a fully edited gallery will be sent to you for you to download.
